What is your earliest memory of drawing?
When I was about 8 years old I experienced a FLOW experience while drawing in my bedroom upstairs- almost like channeling a more experienced artist because every line was going to be perfect in the portrait that I was working on….weird, huh!?

Many artists have written / illustrated their own children’s books. Have you done this or plan to do it?
I have a few funny ideas for some possible books, my best friend a high school English teacher has even more ideas for me to illustrate…time will tell- maybe once we retire…LOL! I would like to [write my own book] ..I have some funny little packrat characters running around my head.

What is the most challenging part about being an artist?
Finding time to create.
